Ordering a Custom Timber Gate

The process for ordering a timber entry gate starts with a free consultation – a face-to-face consultation in our Sunshine Coast showroom is the preferred option, however if this is not possible then please contact us on 07 5453 4961 to speak to a qualified consultant. During the consultation we will discuss what you want – the species of timber, the finish, the hardware and any other details. We’ll also ask you to provide measurements or plans as well as any images or photographs of styles that you like.

Once we have discussed what you want, we will be able to send you an itemised quote for the job. If approved, we’ll then ask for a 50% deposit and organise a shop drawing if required. Once the drawing is approved we will move onto the production phase, which generally takes 3-5 weeks (however this is liable to change if there is a lot of customisation or we need to source specific timber varieties for you).

Once the gate is complete and ready to be installed, we will contact you for the final payment and to organise a suitable time for delivery or pickup. We offer additional services such as staining/painting, delivery and installation as optional extras.
